Shraddha Das (born March 4 in Mumbai, India) is an Indian film actress, who has mainly appeared in Telugu films.
Starting her career down south, Shraddha Das's first film Sidhu from Srikakulam has been a hit. She thereafter starred in a number of Telugu films, including Target, 18, 20 Love Story, Diary and Adhineta.
But the beginning of her actual career as an actress starts with Sai Om Films' much talked about maiden venture Lahore, which has already won Awards at the Prestigious 42nd WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival. It has been directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan and produced by Vivek Khatkar. Shraddha had essayed a Pakistani character in the film, cast opposite Aanaahad, which released in March 2010.
Shraddha Das is also known as a 'sequel queen' in the South because of acting in Arya 2,Mantra 2 and Chandramukhi 2 as heroine, which are sequels to the biggest blockbusters and released in 2009. She played the female lead in Adhineta, her sixth film in Telugu with hero Jagapati Babu and Director Samudra.She played the other female lead in the remake of blockbuster Maro Charitra produced by Dil Raju, opposite Varun Sandesh.Currently she is filming for Chandramukhi 2 with Venkatesh under the direction of director P.Vasu. She also sang a track "gajjala gurram" in Charmi's movie Sye Aata(telugu), for which the music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad.


Sakshi Shivanand is an Indian actress, who has appeared in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi films.
Her debut in Telugu was with Chiranjeevi in a movie Master (film). The film turned out to be a block buster and this helped her to garner more films. She later on acted with Nagarjuna Akkineni in the film Seetharamaraju. The film did average business. She also acted with Nandamuri Balakrishna in the film Vamshodarakudu. She was roped in by A.B.C.L for the Telugu film Rajahamsha opposite Abbas. The film failed miserably at the box-office. She also starred in the socio-fantasy film Yamajathakudu along with Mohan Babu. In the year 2000, she featured in the film Yuvaraju along with Mahesh Babu and Simran Bagga. Her last hit film in Telugu was Simha Raashi; that was in 2001. After that she faded away slowly. She performed an item song in the 2008 released film Homam (film) which was directed by J.D. Chakravarthy. Her sister Shilpa Shivanand also acted in a film Vishnu which was the debut for Manchu Vishnuvardhan. The film bombed. There were rumours that Shilpa was slapped by Mohan Babu during the making of the film.


Sonakshi Sinha (born 2 June 1987) is an Indian actress and model. She is the daughter of Indian actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha.
Sonakshi Sinha is one star kid to watch out for as she gets ready to make her debut with Salman Khan.

Her father is the actor turned politician Shatrughan Sinha. Her mother is Poonam Sinha, who runs Shotgun Movies, a production house. She has twin brothers, Luv and Kush.

Titbits
Sonakshi studied fashion designing and even designed the costumes for Mera Dil Leke Deko (2005) which was the first movie her mother produced.

She walked the ramp for the Lakme India Fashion Week in 2008.

Movies
Salman Khan zeroed in on Sonakshi Sinha for Arbaaz Khan’s first production Dabangg. There were rumours that she has walked out of the movie as she felt her role was too flimsy. Currently, the movie is on hold.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is an Indian film actress and model who appears in Tamil and Telugu films. Born to Malayalee and Telugu parents, Samantha was brought up in Tamil Nadu and pursued a career in modelling during her late teens. Despite signing up to Ravi Varman's Moscowin Kaveri in mid 2007, her first major release was the critically acclaimed Gautham Menon film, Ye Maaya Chesave, which got released in February 2010.

Early life and family
Born on April 28, 1987 to a Malayalee mother and a Telugu father, Samantha was brought up in Chennai, Tamil Nadu becoming fluent in the Tamil language.

Career
Despite signing up for three Tamil films in quick succession, Samantha's first release was Indira Productions' Gautham Menon directed, Ye Maaya Chesave. The film, a simultaneous remake of the Tamil film Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, created much anticipation prior to release, primarily due to the successful soundtrack from A. R. Rahman.

The actress was signed up for the project in mid August 2009 and completed schedules across India and the United States for the film which released in February 2010. The film portrays Samantha as the lead character of Jessie, which was also the working title of the film; a Malayalee Christian girl living in Hyderabad, whom the male protaganist, played by Naga Chaitanya falls in love with. Upon release, Samantha received very positive reviews for her portrayal, with the film also garnering much critical acclaim.Samantha, alongside her co-star, Naga Chaitanya, also appeared in a guest appearance in the Tamil version of the film.

Ravi Varman's Moscowin Kaveri began in August 2007, with Samantha, then briefly known as Yasodha, joining the team later in the year. The film introduced a host of new actors, with music carried out by Thaman, then making his debut in music composing. In an interview, much prior to release in 2008, Ravi Varman mentioned that he had decided that Samantha would be the lead actress for his film within three minutes after viewing one of her commercial assignments.

In the interview, he went on to describe her as an actress with "intelligence" and "potential", whilst drawing comparisons with noted actress, Revathi. However, due to Ravi Varman's date conflicts with his projects as a cinematographer, the film is still languishing in development hell, but is likely to release during 2010.

Samantha also signed up for the Narain starrer, Pookada Ravi in August 2008 to play the lead role of a modern girl. Despite the film, continuing schedules at regular intervals, the film has also faced severe delays and was stalled throughout 2009 with the film is likely to release during 2010. The third film signed by Samantha was the romantic drama, Baana Kaathadi, opposite Adharvaa.

Following agreeing terms in early 2009, the film has continued shoot for a year and a release is likely later in 2010. Samantha is said to play a student of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), the first such role in Tamil cinema. Samantha has also recently signed Vamsi Paidipally's Brindaavanam in which she has a supporting role alongside NTR Jr and Kajal Aggarwal.



Sindhu Tolani was born in Mumbai, India on 19 July 1983. She has been a Fair & Lovely cream model girl in the North as well as a successful actress.
Sindhu made her debut in Sullan opposite Dhanush. She also appeared in Manmadhan and Alai adikkuthu.

she did not land many roles as the leading lady. Therefore, she decided to be an item girl. In the under-production, Maja, she has appeared in one song with Vikram. Seeing her ability to gyrate, producer Rockline Venkatesh paid her Rs. 10 lakhs for the song. Sensing that it would be more profitable to appear in one song at this rate, she is now pursuing this option. Besides, she is also the leading model in Telugu where her face launches products as diverse as pickles and diamond jewelry.


Sindhu Menon (born on 17 June 1985) is an Indian actress, who has mainly appeared in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil films. She debuted as a child artist in the 1994 Kannada film Rashmi.

Saloni aswini was born in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra into a Sindhi-speaking family as Vandana. Her father was a Customs Officer. The family moved to CGS quarters at Wadala, Mumbai, when she was around 5 years old. It is here she started getting interested in acting.
After completing school, she enrolled in Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDT) near New Marine Lines/Churchgate, Mumbai, and after graduating in Psychology, she took acting lessons in Ashok Kumar's Acting Academy, run by his daughter, Preeti Ganguly.
Throughout her academic career, she had always participated in dramas, especially mimicking Sridevi. She also participated with a theater group "Kala Sansad". Her initial appearances were in commercials from Vaseline, Lifebuoy, Parachute Oil, Moove, Chic shampoo, Three roses tea, Meera soaps, etc.
She made her acting debut in the 2003 Hindi film Dil Pardesi Ho Gaya, directed by Sawaan Kumar Tak, who rechristened her as Saloni. She then got to appear in her first Telugu film Dhana 51 (2005) and followed it up with Oka Oorillo. 2006 she starred in 5 films, performing lead roles in Chukkallo Chandrudu and Kokila in Telugu and Rehguzar and Saawan: The Love Season in Hindi. She also did a special appearance for the film Boss: I Love You. She is in the song "Nachindey Chesey".In 2007 she debuted in Tamil, starring in the film Madurai Veeran, which was her only release that year. Also in 2008, she had only one release with Budhivanta, her Kannada debut. The 2009 Kannada film Dubai Babu also featured her in a pivotal role, before her next Telugu film Magadheera released, in which she essayed a minor supporting role. She has enacted a lead role in S. S. Rajamouli's latest venture Maryada Ramanna with Sunil as the protagonist.

Suhasini Rajaram Naidu born 12 October 1981, known mononymously as Sneha is an Indian film actress, who has acted in several Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam andKannada language films. She debuted in the 2001 Malayalam film Ingane Oru Nilapakshi, directed by Anil. Her first commercial success was in her Tamil film Aanandham (2001), which was the second film in her career.

Sneha began her film career in the 2001 Malayalam film Ingane Oru Nilapakshi in a supporting role; however, her major breakthrough came later that year in a Tamil language film, Ennavale opposite Madhavan. Later that year, she starred in the film, Aanandham as well as K. Balachandar's, Parthale Paravasam. She finished the year with a foray into Telugu cinema, making two appearances in notable films. Priyamaina Neeku was her first film in Telugu. It went on to be a blockbuster.
A total of 8 films were released in 2002 including her second major hit in Telugu Hanuman Junction as well as other hits in Tamil like Unnai Ninaithu and April Madhathil. Prestigious films with top actors also followed, such as King and Pammal K. Sambandam with Vikram and Kamal Haasan respectively. After a successful year, Sneha acted in only two films in 2003. The first being Vaseegara with Vijay, the second being a heroine-oriented double role in Parthiban Kanavu. The film became a commercial hit as well as winning plaudits for Sneha's portrayal of the double role.
2004 was a mixed year for the actress, with Jana, Bose and Adhu, a horror film, all failing at the box-office. However, Vasool Raja MBBS opposite Kamal Haasan and her Telugu film Venky became blockbusters, while Autograph was a box-office hit which won critical acclaim.
The years 2005 and 2006 were good for the actress, with Telugu films like Sankranthi with Venkatesh, Radha Gopalam with Srikanth, Sri Ramadasu with Nagarjuna, and Thuruppu Gulan with Mammootty and Pudhupettai with Dhanush winning plaudits at box office, while others released in the respective years turning as average grossers at the box office. With Thuruppu Gulan she paired with the Malayalam mega Star Mammootty. In the year 2006, she made her debut into Kannada film industry through Ravi Shastri. With that she covered all the South Indian languages.
The year 2007 was good for the actress. She had Naan Avanillai and Pallikoodam turning out to be super hits, while her Telugu films Madhumasamand Maharadhi turned out to be average grossers at box office.
In the year 2008, Sneha won many plaudits for her performance in Pirivom Santhippom with Cheran. She paired with Silambarasan in Silambattam which gave her a commercial success. Her Cameo appearance in the film Kuselan with Rajinikanth marked her 50th film in her career. She tried a glamorous role with Pandi and Inba, while both turning out to be average grossers. Her Telugu films Nee Sukhame Ne Korukunna and Pandurangadu turned out to be average grossers while Adivishnu flopped at the box office.
2009 was totally different for the actress with the Social thriller film Achchamundu Achchamundu with Hollywood actor John Shea appearing in a villainous role with Prasanna as her pair. Then she had Amaravathi, again a Thriller film of different Genre. Both won many plaudits for the bold theme of Pedophiles and Womb stealing, respectively. The former film won many awards in the International Panorama and the later grossed average at Box Office.
In 2010, with Venkat Prabhu's Goa, she again forayed into a glamorous ultra-modern chick role with a few shades of grey. Then she shared her screen space for the first time with Vishal through a Cameo appearance in the movie Theeratha Vilayattu Pillai. Her next release was Pramani with Mammootty, which had a very good opening at the box office with positive reviews from critics but later turned to be an Average fare. She appeared in a Cameo role as herself in the movie Angadi Theru, directed by Vasanthabalan, which opened to stupendous reviews and response which turned to be a success. She also paired up with the Mohanlal for the first time for the movie Shikkar, The Hunt, which was released on the eve of Ramadan and was a high success and it is considered as a milestone in Mohanlal's history. Her another film with Mammootty, Vande Mataram where she played an aviator released to mixed reviews of critics.
The most awaited Bhavani IPS is also gearing up for release, where she appears as a tough Police Officer. She has Vidiyal, where she appears as a Muslim girl for the first time and also alongside actor R. Sarath Kumar, slated for a late 2010 release. She also has Ponnar Shankar penned by M. Karunanidhi, which is being made in a big budget of 40 Crores, Nootrukku Nooru alongside Vinay Rai and Murattu Kaalai with Sundar C awaits release.

Shriya Saran was born in Dehradun to Pushpendra Saran and Neeraja Saran.She was brought up in Haridwar. Her father Pushpendra Saran worked for Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and her mother is a teacher in Delhi Public School.Saran completed her schooling from Delhi Public School, Haridwar and later studied at Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi and received a B. A. degree in literature.Saran was trained as a Kathak dancer during her youth and later became a Kathakali dancer as well. She has an elder brother living in New Delhi.

Whilst studying her second year at the LSR College in Delhi, Saran got her first opportunity to appear in front of the camera. She eventually quit her studies to participate for the shoot. Following her dance teacher's recommendation, she was given the chance to appear in the music video of Reenu Nathan's Tirakthi Kyon Hawa. The video—shot at Banaras prompted Ramoji Films to offer her the lead role of Neha in their film Ishtam starring and directed by newcomers. Even before the release of Ishtam, Saran signed four high-budget films including Santosham, Chennakeshava Reddy, Nuvve Nuvve and Tagore with actors Nagarjuna, Balakrishna, Tarun and Chiranjeevi respectively.
Ishtam produced by Usha Kiran Movies and directed by Raj Kumar and Vikram Kumar,saw her receive positive reviews even though the film didn't fare well at the box office, and got her was noticed by many Telugu producers and directors.
Her next release was Santosham (2002), co-starring Nagarjuna, Prabhu Deva and Gracy Singh. Her portrayal of Bhanu won her more appreciation, and the film turned out to be high commercial success, celebrating a 100-day-run in theaters,it made Shriya one of the most sought-after actresses in Telugu cinema.[
In 2003, Saran made her debut Hindi film Tujhe Meri Kasam, starring debutants Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza in lead,[24] released first, a remake of the 2000 Telugu blockbuster Nuvve Kavali,which itself was a remake of a Malayalam film. The film garnered poor box office returns, and failed to propel her career in Bollywood.
After her failed Bollywood debut, she re-focused herself on South Indian films. She was cast to essay the lead role in the Telugu film Neeku Nenu Naaku Nuvvu opposite Uday Kiran. Collaborating with V. V. Vinayak again, she performed the lead role in his Tagore, a remake of the Tamil film Ramana, which released next. The film broke several box office records,[27] and became the highest-grossing Telugu film at that time.
Later that year, she made her Tamil film debut in Enakku 20 Unakku 18,again alongside Tarun and Trisha Krishnan.[30] The A. R. Rahman musical became a moderate success at the box-office, failing to gain her more projects in Tamil.
